Our client is a well-established construction services company delivering practical, high-quality solutions to clients. We’re seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join their team and to take full ownership of their Smeaton Grange warehouse. In this role, you’ll lead a small team, manage stock and deliveries and ensure operations run safely, efficiently.

We’re seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join their team and to take full ownership of their Smeaton Grange warehouse. In this role, you’ll lead a small team, manage stock and deliveries and ensure operations run safely, efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Own warehouse operations, from stock management to deliveries and team performance.
- Lead and coach drivers and warehouse staff to maximise efficiency and accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries 5–10 days ahead, avoiding delays and overtime.
- Operate forklifts and high-up/Palfinger cranes when needed.
- Maintain compliance records, vehicle checks, and enforce safety standards.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and running like clockwork.
- 2+ years’ warehouse or logistics supervisory experience.
- LR licence and forklift licence; high-up/Palfinger crane experience highly regarded.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and planning skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in stock and delivery management.
- Hands-on, practical, and able to step in when needed.
- Unlimited working rights in Australia (sponsorship is not available for this position)
