Are you passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities? We’re looking for a driven Talent Specialist to join our client’s team and play a key role in connecting skilled blue-collar workers with temporary opportunities across NSW. 

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary blue-collar roles.
• Maintain a ready pool of skilled workers to meet urgent client needs.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Advise clients on workforce planning and temporary staffing solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure every candidate has a positive, professional recruitment experience.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (blue collar/temporary experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage high-volume recruitment.
• Resilience, initiative, and a proactive approach in a fast-moving environment.
• Confidence using recruitment software and tools.
