Site Manager

Commercial & Residential projects across Newcastle & Port Stephens, values ranging from $250K through to $40M

With a strong pipeline of works, we are looking for Site Managers to work on Commercial & Residential projects across the local region, open to those who want to start prior to Christmas or in 2026! 

This is an opportunity to work with a leading Construction team, overseeing a diverse range of projects covering minor works through to D&C projects with well recognised developers. 

Duties & Responsibilities; 

As the lead Site Manager you will oversee all day to day functions on-site including but not limited to; 
  • Managing WHS & QA practices, including on-site inductions
  • Leading & Coaching personnel, including subcontractors 
  • Coordinating with the Project Manager to ensure budget and program expectations are met 
  • Scheduling delivery of materials and coordinating with relevant trades 
  • Program planning and forward thinking 

Your experience; 

To be successful within this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar capacity, additionally have the following qualifications and skills, 
  • Relevant trade qualifications and ideally Builders licence 
  • Demonstrated knowledge as the lead Site Manager on complex Commercial or Residential projects, ideally new builds
  • Ability to solve problems 
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Willing to undergo police checks and medicals
