We are looking for a motivated and driven leading hand to oversee Residential Piling projects across Sydney.
You will be managing a team of 4-5 personnel, including machinery operators and labourers, whilst working along side subcontractors.
To be successful within the role, you will ideally have demonstrated knowledge across Civil Construction and or Piling projects, along with your leadership experience.

As the leading hand on jobs, you will have the following key responsibilities and duties,
- Read and interpret construction drawings
- Understand soil conditions, torque readings, and working depths.
- Carry out precise site set-outs using a Robotic Total Station or manually.
- Operate 5.5t and 6.5t excavators
- Identify potential design issues and provide clear, practical solutions.
- Train and mentor crew members for future leadership roles.
- Ensure all site work follows proper safety procedures and WHS requirements
- Experience in bored piers or screw pile installation is desired
- Ability to read plans and understand structural requirements.
- Competent excavator operator (PD10, PD12, drill attachments).
- Valid driver’s licence and white card.
- Dependable, proactive, and hands-on work style.
- Full working rights in Australia.
