This is an opportunity to work with a National organisation, covering Commercial & Infrastructure projects across Newcastle & Hunter Valley.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will bring along your knowledge and understand across Commercial projects, ideally over $10M in value, along with a strong focus on quality works.

Key Responsibilities;
As the Project Manager, you will be required to oversee the project from start to finish including but not limited to,
- All finance requirements, keeping budgets and forecasts on track
- Managing programs and schedule of works
- Maintaining contract expectations, including any project variations required
- WHS & QA requirements
- Leading & Coaching site personnel including subcontractors
- Liaison with key stakeholders including client and local councils.
About you;
To be successful within this role, you will need to have demonstrated capacity as a Project Manager, working on Commercial projects and have the following skills & qualifications,
- Bachelor of Construction Management or Civil Engineering and or Trade background
- Demonstrated knowledge managing projects above $10M, ideally Commercial or High-Rise Residential
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong WHS practices and quality work
- Good work ethic and motivation to succeed
