Duties & Responsibilities:
As a recruitment consultant you can expect that no two days are the same, however, your key responsibilities will include,

Duties & Responsibilities:
As a recruitment consultant you can expect that no two days are the same, however, your key responsibilities will include,
- Proactively source and identify suitable candidates across the Manufacturing & Construction sectors
- Support a Senior Recruitment Manager by creating specific talent pools across a range of skill sets
- Active record keeping and administrative tasks
- Attend on-site meetings & networking events across Sydney & Hunter Valley
- Build strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
Above all we are looking for a resilient and motivated individual, with the confidence to be adaptable in a growing business, suitable experience includes;
- Previous experience in a Recruitment capacity, ideally across Manufacturing & Construction
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Resilience, initiative, and a proactive approach in a fast-moving environment.
- Great work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility in terms of travel required to other offices and on-site meetings
