QA Packer

Employal Recruitment is currently seeking a QA Packer for a high-volume beverage warehouse in Dandenong South. This site handles popular kombucha and soda products and requires someone who can assist with quality checking large quantities of stock.
The warehouse has over 200 pallets of beverages. Each pallet contains boxes, and each box holds 6–8 bottles in glass, plastic, or tin.
Your role will involve physically going through each bottle and conducting detailed checks as part of the QA process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect each bottle for expiry dates, cap condition, and overall quality.
• Conduct quality checks on glass, plastic, and tin bottles.
• Go through pallets systematically and accurately.
• Identify faults or damaged products and report them immediately.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Maintain an organised, clean, and safe work area.
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Assist the warehouse team where required.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail for spotting faults.
• Reliable, consistent, and committed to quality work.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment (essential).
• Experience in food or beverage manufacturing (advantage but not essential).
• Ability to handle repetitive manual tasks.
• Good work ethic and willingness to contribute to the team.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.
• Physically fit to stand, check, and move product for extended periods.
