Opportunity for a Project Manager & Site Manager to work on Commercial & Residential developments on the Mid North Coast, Coffs & Yamba

Due to recent projects being awarded, a leading National Builder with operations across QLD & NSW is looking for a Project Manager and Site Manager to join their team on the Mid North Coast.
You will be joining a well established organisation, operating for over 10 years and building quality works across Residential & Commercial environments. The two key developments are based in Yamba and Coffs Harbour, with additional projects in Port Stephens, therefore, travel may be required to support the team.

The role;
We are looking for both a Site Manager and Project Manager, however, key duties include,
- Overseeing and developing project programs/ schedules
- Working to budget/ financial requirements, including personnel costs
- Liaison with client and the internal team to report on project updates
- Managing Subcontractors and all onsite personnel
- Working to WHS & QA practices
About you;
To be considered for either position, you will need to have the following key skills and requirements,
- Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager across Residential or Commercial works valued over $5M
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Ability to travel to sites as required, accomodation for overnight stays and expenses will be paid
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Team player and willing to support the greater team as required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
