We are looking for a Project Manager to join a growing organisation with a strong pipeline of works across NSW. Working across both Commercial & Residential projects, you will bring your diverse industry knowledge and support a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities;
As the Project Manager, your role will be varied and reflect the stage of the build, however, you can expect,
- Managing and developing project programs and schedules
- All finance, budgets and forecasts required for the work
- Developing and managing contracts
- WHS & QA requirements
- Leading & Coaching site personnel to met project expectations
- Liaison with key stakeholders including local councils, developers and subcontractors
About you;
To be successful within this role, you will need to have demonstrated capacity as a Project Manager across both Commercial and Residential projects, along with the following skills and attributes,
- Bachelor of Construction Management or Civil Engineering and or relevant Trade background
- Demonstrated knowledge managing projects across Residential and Commercial from $500k to $10M.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong WHS practices and quality work
- Good work ethic and motivation to succeed
