Commercial projects, up to $10M, Education, Heritage, & Healthcare across Sydney & Newcastle

Due to recent projects being awarded, we are now looking for experienced Project Managers to work on Commercial projects across Sydney.
The projects range in value from $2M to $10M, mainly across Education, both Schools and Childcare centres. You will be working with a quality builder, with a strong pipeline of projects across the region.

To be successful within this role, you will need to have demonstrated capacity as a Project Manager within the Construction sector and have the following skills & qualifications,

Key Responsibilities;
As the Project Manager, your role will be varied and reflect the stage of the build, however, you can expect,
- Managing and developing project programs and schedules
- All finance, budgets and forecasts required for the work
- Developing and managing contracts
- WHS & QA requirements
- Leading & Coaching site personnel to met project expectations
- Liaison with key stakeholders including local councils, developers and subcontractors
About you;
To be successful within this role, you will need to have demonstrated capacity as a Project Manager within the Construction sector and have the following skills & qualifications,
- Bachelor of Construction Management or Civil Engineering and or Trade background
- Demonstrated knowledge managing projects above $10M, ideally Commercial, particularly Education
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong WHS practices and quality work
- Good work ethic and motivation to succeed
