Employal Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and detail-focused Production Workers to join a well-established and growing team based in Banksmeadow.

Available Shifts & Pay Rates

Morning Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm | $31.19 per hour
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm | $35.87 per hour
About the Role
Working as part of a supportive production team, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks including:

• Packing, unpacking and preparing products
• Scanning and processing items
• Performing quality checks 
• Inspecting products for accuracy and defects
• Basic machine operation
• Following work instructions and procedures
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail is essential. You'll receive full training and have the opportunity to learn multiple workstations and develop new skills over time.

What We're Looking For (must have's)

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work at a consistent pace in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a great work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well within a team
• Previous production, warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Full work rights in Australia
