Food Process Worker

We’re currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Process Workers to join the Cook House team based in Marrickville - a leading poultry processing facility. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ideal for candidates with experience in cooking, food handling, or production line work.


Hours are 6:00am - 3:00pm $32.16
Hours are 2:00pm - 11:00pm $36.99

• Operate industrial cooking equipment including Mixers, Oven & steamers.
• Handle cooked poultry products in line with food safety and hygiene standards
• Perform grading, and packing tasks as directed
• Follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors to meet production targets
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
• Adhere to PPE and allergen control protocols
• Participate in daily cleaning, sanitising, and shutdown procedures as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes:

• Comfortable working in hot, fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of hygiene, PPE, and safety protocols
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to follow instructions and work under supervision
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or commercial kitchens (preferred)
• Have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions
• Available for an ASAP start
