Estimator

This is your opportunity to join an established and close-knit team, a specialist Builder across the Education sector, including Childcare, Primary & Secondary schools. 

As the lead Estimator, you will be working closely with the Director and Project Manager to ensure tenders are submitted on time and professionally presented.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:  

You will be required to manage tenders and estimates for the business, with main responsibilities including; 

• Managing take offs and quantities 
• Preparing quotes and pricing from subcontractors 
• Collaborate with Project team including Engineers to prepare details for tender requirements 
• Manager tender documents and presentations
• Developing schedule of works and project program, alongside the Project Manager 

About you: 

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience, 

• Demonstrated knowledge pricing Commercial projects, including new builds and fit-outs. 
• Relevant qualifications, Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or Trade background 
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment 
• Willingness to travel to site meetings as required
