Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Employal is on the lookout for a motivated and dedicated Recruitment Consultant to be a part of our expanding team in Sydney, owing to our continuous growth and achievements.

Role Overview:

Join our team as a vital contributor. Your role involves actively sourcing blue-collar candidates for our respected new and existing clients in manufacturing and supply chain. You'll also receive training in managing our current database and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone screenings for potential candidates.
• Collaborate closely with Consultants and Account Managers.
• Handle candidate registrations, including face-to-face and web-based interviews.
• Perform reference checks.
• Ensure candidate care through follow-up calls and enquiry management.
• Manage database and administrative tasks.
• Deliver top-tier customer service to clients and candidates.

We are based in Surry Hills 2-3 days a week and work from home.
While prior recruitment experience or Human Resources degree is beneficial, it's not essential, as we provide comprehensive training in our recruitment methods.
