Join our team as a vital contributor. Your role involves actively sourcing blue-collar candidates for our respected new and existing clients in manufacturing and supply chain. You'll also receive training in managing our current database and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Screening ands interviewing forklift drivers and labourers one day and production supervisors the next – every conversation is different
- Writing punchy job ads, sourcing talent, and matching candidates to roles that change lives (and businesses).
- Shadowing experienced recruiters on client site visits to see operations in action
- Using platforms like JobAdder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and our AI screening tech to build your desk the smart way.
- Perform reference checks.
- Ensure candidate care through follow-up calls and enquiry management.
- Manage database and administrative tasks.
- Deliver top-tier customer service to clients and candidates.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to kick start your career
- Effective communication skills across all levels
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Superior skills in prioritisation and time management.
- Team performance and accountability.
- intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have own transport as you will be required to visit client sites
- $60K–65K base + super + commission (earn up to $85K+ OTE in Year 1)
- Career pathway: IMMEDIATE promotion to Consultant post probation period, then to Senior Recruiter, Team Lead and more!
- 2–3 days WFH, working in the Surry Hills office on Monday and Thursday or Friday
- Loads of training by internal and external recruitment experts
