With a strong pipeline of projects, a leading Commercial Construction business are looking for a dedicated and experienced Contracts Administrator/ Project Engineer to join their team.
This role is diverse and offers a unique opportunity to cover multiple projects from tender process through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Working within the Project Delivery team, you will support the team across the full project lifecycle, this includes but is not limited to;

Key Responsibilities:
Working within the Project Delivery team, you will support the team across the full project lifecycle, this includes but is not limited to;
- Supporting the tender submission process, including RFQ's, Scope of works and RFI's
- Liaison & negotiation with subcontractors
- Issue invoices and variations
- Quality Management processes including ITP's
- Support Site Managers with documentation including SWM''s, project program & delivery schedules.
About you:
To be successful within this role, you will not only bring your Construction experience, also your willingness to be flexible in supporting the wider team.
This will be accompanied by your skills including;
- Demonstrated knowledge across Commercial Construction
- Full project lifecycle understanding
- Relevant qualifications such as Bachelor of Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Project Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and offer guidance to the team
- Flexibility & willingness to travel to sites across NSW
