Team Employal is working with a leading civil contractor delivering the Hunter region’s Infrastructure projects. With a strong pipeline across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, we’re seeking experienced Civil Supervisors who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering complex projects from the ground up.
This is an opportunity to step into a business that genuinely backs its people supported by an experienced Project Manager, and a well-resourced team across HR and administration. You’ll be working across diverse projects including bulk earthworks, mining, roads and subdivisions, with projects ranging from $1M to $40M, offering both challenge and variety in your day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities
To be successful within this role, your daily duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to,
- Overseeing all site works, including subcontractors and trades
- Maintaining QA & WHS requirements
- Maintain documentation including SWMS and ITP's
- Working closely with Project Manager to ensure programs and schedules are met
- Liaise with stakeholders, including local authorities and public enquiries
About you
We are looking for a motivated and driven supervisor, passionate about their work and eager to succeed,
- Demonstrated knowledge of Civil projects including Earthworks, Pipeline, Roads, Subdivision
- Strong WHS focus and work ethic
- Ability to communicate across all levels of personnel
- Motivated team player and good work ethic
