Duties and responsibilities:
Reporting through to the Senior Project Manager/ Project Director, you will be required to oversee the works from start to finish. This may include but is not limited to,
- Working closely with the Estimating team during Tender phase, including Scope of works
- Developing project program and schedule of works
- Overseeing onsite teams including Site Manager through to Subcontractors
- Weekly reporting and active communication with stakeholders including Council representatives and Developers
- Managing all financials including forecast and personnel costs
- Maintaining WHS & QA requirements
About you:
To be successful within this role, you will need to demonstrate strong knowledge of Civil Infrastructure works, additionally have the following skills and qualifications,
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications, Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Construction Management or Project Management
- Demonstrated knowledge of Civil infrastructure works
- Ability to communicate across a diverse range of personnel
- Team orientated and willingness to support business growth
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
