What you will own
- NSW growth across manufacturing, supply chain and logistics
- A team of around 4 consultants (they are legends!!!)
- New business, account growth, and service delivery standards
- Day to day operations
- Continuous improvement
- Real autonomy and flexibility
- You can build a business like it is your own
- Fair targets and a commission structure tailored to your strengths
- Clear pathway to National BDM, State Operations Manager of VIC/NSW or General Manager
- Profit share and equity options at GM level based on performance
