Administration Manager

Manage admin, POs, and invoicing in a busy construction services setting, where your organisation drives results.

About the Role
Take control of admin, POs, and invoicing in a fast-paced construction environment, keeping projects on track. This role is key to ensuring smooth workflows, accurate record-keeping, and effective support for the team.

Responsibilities
  • Enter job orders into the system and allocate tasks to contract installers and team members.
  • Set timelines, monitor progress, and follow up to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including emails, requests, POs, and invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate records, including project systems and compliance documents.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration and office management, preferably in construction or logistics.
  • Experience in managing business workflow and calendars.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate across multiple teams and clients.
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia (sponsorship is not available for this position)
